Connect Logistics is seeking a Manager Admin, HR & Security to act as the primary custodian for facilities, security, and administrative efficiency on-site. You will supervise support staff, oversee repairs, manage fleets, and enforce security protocols while ensuring HR compliance to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

The role requires 5 to 7+ years in admin, facilities and security, preferably in warehousing or logistics, with strong vendor oversight and budget management.

Competenze

• Graduation or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive experience in administration, facility operations, and security (preferably in warehousing, 3PL, or logistics).
• Strong knowledge of facility administration and security management.
• Budget management and team leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Facility & Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, office services, routine building maintenance, construction work, janitorial cleanliness, and facility repair activities.
• Security & Loss Prevention: Design, implement, and monitor physical security plans; oversee CCTV, access points, gate passes, and anti-theft protocols.
• HR Compliance Oversight: Ensure HR policies and regulatory requirements are followed for facility and admin practices.
• Support Staff Supervision: Direct and evaluate performance of security personnel, janitorial crews, and ground administrative staff.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee third-party service providers, negotiate service agreements, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Procurement & Asset Management: Manage procurement for maintenance items, office supplies, PPEs, and uniforms; supervise asset dispatch and receipt.
• Fleet, Travel & Event Coordination: Manage vehicle maintenance, driver logs, travel logistics, and event preparations.
• QSHE & Safety Leadership: Enforce safe work systems, ensure PPE distribution logs, and report hazards immediately.
