Job summary

Connect Logistics is seeking an Assistant Manager Operations to lead daily warehouse workflows, bridge customer requirements with floor execution, and supervise staff. You will monitor MHE uptime, optimize space, perform physical stock counts, and ensure QSHE compliance.

Key requirements include a Bachelor’s/Master’s in SCM or related field and 3–5 years in 3PL/warehousing, with strong ERP/WMS and MS Office skills. A dedicated team player with leadership abilities will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

Graduation or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of proven operational experience in a 3PL/warehousing environment.
Strong proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations and coordinate daily with clients for inbound/outbound schedules.
Prepare monthly duty rosters and assign tasks to warehouse staff, managing labor attendance.
Control inventory levels through physical counts and reconcile with system data.
Monitor warehouse space utilization, layout design, and MHE upkeep; issue work orders for repairs.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth operational flow and resolve complaints promptly.
Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training warehouse staff.
Ensure QSHE safety, cleanliness, and security and enforce compliance.
