We're hiring for an Operations Associate (Hybrid - Lahore)

Client Company Introduction:

The company is the leading on-demand consumer generated content platform. Were on a mission to enable brands and retailers to source consumer generated content on-demand, including rich visual and written product content that reflects the wide ranging diversity of our multicultural society. We count Americas leading retailers Walmart and Target as our customers!

Our leadership and sales teams are based in NYC, USA and Toronto, Canada. Our tech and ops teams are based in Lahore, Pakistan.

As an Operations Associate, you will be working directly with our COO to execute and complete client campaigns in a timely manner. This is a fast-growth opportunity. You will be supported and trained continuously but you must also already be highly competent and capable of adding value from day 1. We require our team members to be passionate about their work, have a collaborative approach, and bring positive energy to the workplace. The more you can be an asset, the more you will progress. Responsibilities:

• The Operations Associate will report to the COO and will maintain oversight of all functions
• related to the execution of campaigns.
• Responsible for a range of campaigns and initiatives, including data analysis and operation strategy.
• Research and apply critical and creative thinking to engage community members
• Focus and maintain operational record-keeping, documentation and weekly meeting deliverables
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, prioritize, and execute tasks to balance business needs vs. community constraints while ensuring quality
• Work with cross-functional teams within the organization
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant campaign information to project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Min 1 year demonstrated operational experience in a Tech related company.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or similar is preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
• Strong logical acumen for strategic problem-solving and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, especially in Google Sheets
• Open-mind and can-do attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills

Working Days: Monday - Friday
