Job summary

Bits Generation, a growing technology company, is seeking an HR & Operations Associate to support recruitment, HR administration, client communication, and social media management. The role starts onsite in Gulistan-e-Johar and transitions to a hybrid model after probation.

You will maintain HR records, manage calendars, assist onboarding, and prepare reports while coordinating with teams across operations. The position follows US Central Time business hours, requiring evening/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum qualification: A Levels or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional attitude with willingness to learn.
• Previous HR, Recruitment, Administration or Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
• Maintain HR records, company databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
• Support employee onboarding and HR administration.
• Coordinate client communication and follow-ups.
• Assist with social media management and content posting.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.
