Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of operational experience in a tech-related company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, CS or similar.
• Strong data analysis and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Sheets.
• Open-minded with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Report to the COO and oversee all functions related to campaign execution.
• Manage a range of campaigns and initiatives including data analysis and strategy.
• Research and apply critical thinking to engage community members.
• Maintain operational records, documentation and weekly deliverables.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate issues, and balance business needs with community constraints while ensuring quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams within the organization.
