Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best support to customers via tickets, live chat and emails.
• Maintain empathy and strong teamwork in a 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through live chat.
• Meet SLAs (response time, CSAT, handle time) and drive process improvements.
