Job summary

Bits Generation in Karachi is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-centric team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues from our Gulistan-e-Johar office.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong multitasking ability, and willingness to work 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Prior customer support experience is preferred and the position is full-time onsite in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Intermediate/A Levels may also apply with relevant experience).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer support or call center experience is preferred.
• Good computer skills and typing speed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide professional and friendly customer support.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
