Digital Auxilius Pvt. Ltd. in Karachi is seeking an Online Bidding Specialist for the evening shift to drive new business through Upwork and other platforms.

You will craft compelling proposals, pursue client opportunities, and collaborate with design and development teams to position our branding, design, and digital marketing services. The role requires 1–2 years of online bidding experience, excellent English communication, and a proven track record in client acquisition and bid management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on online bidding experience in digital marketing or creative agencies.

Job Description:

Digital Auxilius Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven and experienced individual for the role of Online Bidding Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acquiring projects through Upwork and other online freelancing platforms, preferably for digital or creative agencies. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing compelling proposals, engaging prospective clients, and contributing to the company's business growth by securing projects across branding, graphic design, illustration, 2D animation, website design, SEO, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and bid on relevant projects in branding, graphic design, illustration, 2D animation, website design, SEO, and digital marketing through Upwork and other online freelancing platforms.
• Develop personalized, persuasive, and client-focused proposals that highlight the company's capabilities, address client requirements, and demonstrate the value of our services.
• Proactively pursue business opportunities, engage prospective clients, respond to project invitations, and follow up consistently to improve client acquisition and conversion rates.
• Evaluate project requirements, budgets, competition, and potential profitability to prioritize high-quality opportunities and maximize the effectiveness of bidding efforts.
