The ideal candidate has hands-on online bidding experience, strong English communication, and a demonstrated ability to win projects in branding, design, illustration, and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 6–12 months of experience in online bidding preferred.
- Proficiency with Upwork and other online portals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on projects in branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and related areas on Upwork and other portals.
- Strategically utilize Upwork to highlight expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and website design when bidding.
- Tailor bids and proposals to match client needs, showcasing services and strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to align bids with business objectives and client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and client preferences to refine bidding strategies.
- Create persuasive bids tailored to clients' needs to maximize win rates.
