Job summary

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is seeking a Delivery Manager – Customer Onboarding to lead delivery planning, coordination, and technical oversight within the core banking transformation program. You will drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management across Retail, SME, Corporate, and Digital Banking onboarding journeys.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in banking or technology management, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP or delivery certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant discipline.
• PMP or Delivery Management certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery work with WBS, milestones and timelines.
• Provide technical oversight across core banking transformation initiatives.
• Assess delivery milestones and ensure alignment with program standards.
• Manage stakeholders, risks and change across onboarding workstreams.
• Coordinate with Temenos and implementation partners for vendor communication.
