Job summary

Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is seeking a Product Manager for Onboarding to own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding journey across digital and assisted channels. You will focus on delivering compliant, customer-centric experiences while driving acquisition, activation, and early engagement in line with Shariah objectives.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in product management within digital banking or fintech, with hands-on onboarding and KYC/KYB excellence.

Qualifications

Experience with onboarding products and regulatory workflows.
Proven track record in digital banking or fintech initiatives.
Strong analytical and KPI management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding journey across channels.
Define the onboarding product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Improve KYC/KYB/AML workflows while ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with Tech, UX, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Shariah, and Marketing.
Analyze onboarding funnel, conversions, and drop-offs to drive improvements.
Design customer-first onboarding experiences to boost activation.
Lead launches and enhancements of onboarding features and journeys.
Ensure onboarding stays compliant with regulatory and Shariah governance.
