Job summary

Translation Empire PK in Pakistan is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Assistant Manager to design and execute training programs across the organization. You will work with the L&D Manager and department heads to identify development needs and manage learning projects to ensure high-quality training delivery.

Office-based role located in Islamabad / Rawalpindi, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, technical and soft-skill training, leadership development, and ROI-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, OD, Education or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in training and development in corporate settings.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and blended learning techniques.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development and implementation of company-wide training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and solutions.
• Support onboarding, technical training, soft skills, and leadership programs.
• Monitor training outcomes and prepare reports on effectiveness and ROI.
• Coordinate external trainers and logistics for in-person and online sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes and content.
• Use LMS tools for training assignments, tracking and reporting.
• Promote a culture of learning and career development.
