Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Executive to support internal training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to learning operations and employee development processes in an office setting in Islamabad.

Ideal for candidates starting their L&D careers, you will assist in organizing, tracking, and delivering engaging development activities that support individual growth and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, education or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or training and development roles.
• Basic knowledge of learning theories, adult education, or instructional design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify training needs via surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Create training content, presentations, and e-learning materials.
• Maintain and update training records, attendance logs, and reports using LMS tools.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve content and delivery.
• Provide admin and logistical support for internal and external training activities.
• Stay informed on L&D trends and suggest improvements.
