Job summary

Telerelation LLC is seeking a Technical Program Lead to drive enterprise observability, monitoring optimization, and IT operations transformation for client engagements. This role emphasizes governance, strategy, and cross-functional leadership over hands-on coding, translating complex discussions into executable roadmaps.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in SRE/DevOps, cloud or IT operations, and strong stakeholder management to align technical initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise observability and IT operations initiatives from project kickoff through roadmap delivery and pilot implementation.
• Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate workshops with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, managed services, and vendor teams.
• Build trusted relationships with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, progress reports, and decision papers.
• Assess existing monitoring and observability practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define monitoring ownership models and governance processes.
• Support planning and implementation of observability pilots.
• Develop governance frameworks, onboarding guides, and review processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Escalate blockers proactively to protect timelines.
• Translate technical discussions into business-ready documentation and recommendations.
