Job summary

Creative Chaos seeks an experienced DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure lead to own end-to-end environment management. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and secure cloud deployments while collaborating with development teams to ensure scalable, reliable systems.

Required 8+ years in related roles, strong scripting, Linux/Windows, and hands-on with Jenkins, Azure, Terraform and Docker. Excellent English communication and a flexible, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in professional industry.
• Working on tools like Jenkins, Azure, App Center CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Subversion, Docker, or relevant.
• Knowledge of both RDBMS and NoSQL data platforms such as MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis.
• Windows Servers on VMware, IIS, MSSQL, MongoDB.
• Advanced level scripting experience (Python, Ruby, Bash, Powershell).
• Strong experience with Linux distributions (Rhel 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux).
• Experience embedding with development teams, helping automate/optimize.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexible attitude and versatile personality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SLAs per contract.
• Lead urgent issues and projects with proper staffing and communication.
• Document system configuration, processes, and tools used by the team.
• Communicate with all stakeholders with a thorough process methodology.
• Collaborate with development engineering to deploy CI/CD infrastructure.
• Develop and implement QA, development environments, etc.
• Deploy and support applications on cloud environments.
• Ensure infrastructure security and automated, reliable environments.
• Provide direct server support during deployments and production.
• Collaborate with developers to meet requirements and best practices.
• Design, implement, and test agreed infrastructures.
• Automate deployment of Linux apps, configurations and security settings.
• Evaluate candidates for open positions.
