Job summary

10Pearls, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (BI & Data Ecosystems) to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, data platforms, and BI infrastructure.

This role will focus on building and maintaining reliable, secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting data and analytics ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS.
• Deep Kubernetes/GKE experience with networking and security.
• Experience with Data Lakehouse architecture and governance.
• Hands-on Terraform experience.
• Experience with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Grafana and cloud monitoring/observability.
• Experience supporting Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GCP and AWS infrastructure including GKE, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.
• Operate production Kubernetes environments, handling networking, security, and upgrades.
• Build and maintain Terraform-based IaC and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions).
• Support Data Lakehouse architecture, governance, and analytics workloads.
• Maintain BI platforms such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability with Grafana and Cloud Ops.
• Ensure IAM, encryption, and network security practices are strong.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash, or Go and participate in incident response.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, data platforms, and BI infrastructure. This role will focus on building and maintaining reliable, secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting data and analytics ecosystems.
