Job summary

Motive, a leader in automated operations for physical industries, seeks a facilities and workplace coordinator to manage on-site operations during a 6PM–3AM shift. The role requires collaboration with vendors, data configuration, and cost-conscious process improvements.

You will maintain records, support budgeting and inventory, and foster an inclusive, safe, and efficient workplace. Prior experience with third-party providers is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of workplace and facilities management experience.
• Onsite full-time shift 6PM–3AM, five days a week; no remote work.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Slides/Sheets, PowerPoint and similar tools.
• Experience with third-party providers.
• Expertise in data configuration and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate experience and alignment with shift/timing during interviews.
• Coordinate vendor management and external providers.
• Assist in creating a professional, tranquil work atmosphere for employees.
• Apply innovative approaches to reduce costs while improving experience.
• Support budgeting and inventory tracking; ensure compliance with policies.
