Job summary

Motive seeks a dedicated Workplace & Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our Lahore office. The role requires full-time onsite work from 6PM to 3AM, five days a week, with no remote option.

You will manage vendors, track spend, and keep facilities running smoothly while supporting a safe, productive environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Excel, Sheets, Slides, PowerPoint and tools like Asana or Workday, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workplace and facilities management.
• Hands-on with Excel, Sheets, Slides and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries and complaints via email, Slack, and in person.
• Assist in creating a professional, tranquil workplace for all staff.
• Think quickly to respond to last-minute requests.
• Apply innovative techniques to enhance employee experience while reducing costs.
• Present well and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement and inventory records and control costs.
• Contribute to an inclusive, employee-friendly culture.
• Adapt to unexpected situations with strong problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with office regulations and policies.
