Job summary

BoxesGen in Lahore is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Specialist to manage inquiries, quote customers, and convert opportunities for USA-based clients. You will coordinate with design and production teams to keep orders moving and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales with packaging industry experience, excellent English, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales experience; packaging industry experience is mandatory.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to engage with USA clients and understand packaging requirements.
On-site role in Lahore; night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Understand packaging needs and recommend materials, styles, printing, and finishing options.
Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
Generate new leads and convert inquiries into long-term customers.
Process orders and coordinate artwork, production updates, and shipment tracking.
Keep clients informed about timelines and delivery status.
Resolve customer concerns promptly with internal teams for effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Work toward sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
Support USA-based clients during the scheduled night shift.
