Job summary

Tech Bridge Consultancy in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative with proven US sales experience to generate new business opportunities in the US market. You will engage with potential clients, conduct high-volume outbound outreach, and qualify leads to drive meetings for the sales team.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of US outbound sales experience, excellent English communication, and are comfortable with a 7:00 PM–4:00 AM shift.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven US sales experience.
• Previous experience as an SDR or outbound sales role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, lead-generation, and follow-up skills.
• Aggressive, proactive, and target-driven sales approach.
• Experience communicating with US-based clients and decision-makers.
• Strong objection-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to work the 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM shift.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential US market clients via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based prospects and decision-makers.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
• Take an aggressive and proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
• Understand prospect needs and introduce the company's services.
• Handle initial objections and maintain conversations with prospects.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Follow up with leads and manage prospects through the SDR process.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Meet assigned lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into clients.
