BoxesGen in Lahore is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Specialist to manage inquiries, quote customers, and convert opportunities for USA-based clients. You will coordinate with design and production teams to keep orders moving and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales with packaging industry experience, excellent English, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; packaging industry experience is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to engage with USA clients and understand packaging requirements.
• On-site role in Lahore; night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Understand packaging needs and recommend materials, styles, printing, and finishing options.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into long-term customers.
• Process orders and coordinate artwork, production updates, and shipment tracking.
• Keep clients informed about timelines and delivery status.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly with internal teams for effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work toward sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Support USA-based clients during the scheduled night shift.

About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our USA-based clients. You will understand their packaging needs, recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations, and follow up on opportunities to win new business.

You will also coordinate with our sales, design, and production teams to keep orders moving smoothly and customers informed at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, and chat.
• Understand packaging requirements and recommend suitable materials, styles, printing, and finishing options.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with prospects, and negotiate to close sales.
• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into long-term customers.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate artwork, production updates, and shipment tracking.
• Keep clients informed about timelines, order progress, and delivery status.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and coordinate effective solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
• Work toward sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Support USA-based clients during the scheduled night shift.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of sales experience, with prior packaging industry experience required.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• An understanding of custom packaging products and customer requirements.
• A confident, professional approach and the motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail when handling quotations, orders, and customer records.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
• Availability to work on-site in Lahore from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT.
• Minimum Intermediate qualification; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience working with USA-based clients will be a strong advantage.
