Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle daily import/export operations and shipping documentation.
• Prepare and review bills of lading, shipping instructions, pre-alerts, delivery orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.
• Track shipments and follow up on arrivals, customs clearance, cargo releases, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates to customers.
• Monitor deadlines and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays and charges.
