Job summary

Transpotech Services in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional for an office-based night-shift role. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and processing requests while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, excellent spoken English (US/UK accent preferred), experience with CRMs, strong typing, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; abroad-educated preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with US/UK accent is mandatory.
• CRM familiarity required.
• Experience in customer support, preferably US-based.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our service inside out to answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with team as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
