Qualifications

3+ years of dispatch experience with limousine or chauffeur companies.
Hands-on with Limo Anywhere and related platforms.
Experience with affiliate networks and rate setups.
Excellent spoken and written English for US clients.
Available to work US business hours night shift.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.
Proficient in Google Maps and flight-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete dispatch cycle from booking intake to on-time trip completion.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and booking-platform requests with fare quotes.
Resolve real-time issues such as delays, no-shows, and flight changes.
Source and onboard affiliate operators for overflow trips.
Farm out and accept jobs via Limo Anywhere, LA Network, and GNET; negotiate rates.
Maintain accurate trip records, driver schedules, and dispatch reports.
