Type: Full‑Time | Onsite
Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 9‑hour overnight shift 5pm - 9am (afternoon/evening start — exact window confirmed at screening)

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex, time‑sensitive operational problems in a live US transportation environment
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure all trips are completed safely and on schedule
• Monitor live trips in real time and proactively intervene to resolve issues before they escape
• Support drivers with route guidance, schedule adjustments, trip updates, and emergency situations
• Onboard newly recruited drivers through company processes, policies, and operational procedures
• Use AI tools and modern dispatch technology to streamline operations and improve response times
• Maintain accurate operational records and update dispatch systems in real time
• Communicate professionally with management via written correspondence and escalation protocols
• Identify recurring operational issues and contribute practical, data‑informed improvement suggestions

• Calm and solutions‑focused when operating under high‑pressure, time‑sensitive conditions
