Responsibilities

• Scheduling and routing: Plan delivery paths, book loads, and assign drivers to trucks.
• Driver communication: Talk with drivers via phone, text, or tracking apps to monitor progress.
• Compliance management: Review driver logs and ensure DOT rules are followed.
• Problem solving: Handle route delays, weather alerts, equipment issues, and customer complaints.
• Administrative work: Update records, calculate miles, process bills, and complete incident reports.
