Job summary

HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally is seeking a dispatch professional to manage the complete cycle for limousine operations. You will coordinate drivers, monitor trips in real time, and ensure timely service for US-based clients while working night shifts from the Lahore office.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, fare quotes, and coordinating with affiliate operators to manage overflow trips. Strong English and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatch experience with a limousine/black-car company
• Hands-on experience with Limo Anywhere and related platforms
• Strong understanding of limo affiliate networks and trip verification
• Excellent spoken and written English communicating with US clients and drivers
• Ability to work US business hours from the office during the night shift
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Comfortable using Google Maps and flight-tracking tools

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete dispatch cycle: booking intake, ride assignment, driver coordination, live trip monitoring, on-time completion
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and booking-platform requests, confirm reservations and provide fare quotes
• Resolve real-time operational issues such as delays, no-shows, flight changes, route changes, and vehicle swaps
• Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate operators for out-of-area and overflow trips
• Farm out and accept jobs through Limo Anywhere, LA Network, and GNET; negotiate affiliate rates and confirm trip details
• Maintain accurate trip records, driver schedules, and daily dispatch reports
