c2o is hiring an experienced iCabbi Dispatcher & Operator to join its Rawalpindi-based team, supporting UK taxi services and managing real-time bookings. You will dispatch to drivers and ensure fleet performance for seamless service.

The role involves monitoring live driver activity, handling bookings and changes, coordinating pickups, and maintaining records to support reporting and quality control. Night shifts and 24/7 coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in UK cab/taxi industry operations.
• Hands-on experience with iCabbi dispatch software.
• Strong understanding of UK taxi dispatch workflows and regulations.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve operational problems under pressure.
• Comfortable with rotational and night shifts; punctual.

c2o is an outsourcing/offshoring company based in Rawalpindi supporting international taxi operations. We are hiring an experienced iCabbi Dispatcher & Operator to join our operations team to manage bookings and ensure smooth fleet performance for UK-market taxi services. The role focuses on real-time booking management, driver coordination and maintaining service standards for customers. Manage and dispatch bookings using iCabbi dispatch software, allocating jobs to drivers to maximize fleet utilization.

Monitor live driver activity, track vehicle locations and respond to operational issues promptly to maintain service levels.

Handle customer interactions including new bookings, amendments and cancellations, and respond professionally to queries.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs and maintain punctuality and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and trips and support reporting and quality control processes.

Work rotational and night shifts as required to cover 24/7 operations. This position is based in Rawalpindi and supports UK taxi operations; familiarity with UK dispatch workflows and regulations is required.
