Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer support, dispatch, call center, logistics, or operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong English and relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Zero tolerance for tardiness or unexcused absences; punctuality is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex operational problems in a US transportation environment.
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure trips are completed safely.
• Monitor live trips in real time and intervene to resolve issues.
