Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computers and common operating systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Able to work night shift aligned with US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to clients and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Install software and applications as needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients in English, both written and verbal.
• Follow procedures and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
• Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
