Job summary

A technology services company in Rawalpindi Cantonment is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems.
• Ensure security of VOIP devices and servers; support VOIP telephone systems.
