This role is ideal for someone with strong general computer knowledge who's comfortable troubleshooting issues, installing software, and communicating directly with clients. No programming experience is required — full technical training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Perform software and application installations as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English (written and verbal)
• Follow technical procedures and *escalate* complex issues as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of computers and common operating systems
• Comfortable learning and following new technical processes (training provided)
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Able to work night shift hours aligned with Eastern Time (US)
• No programming/coding experience required

Compensation & Terms

• Initial pay: PKR 600–1,000/hour, based on experience (time-based to start)
