Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of IT support experience and be proficient in managing Windows Servers, Office 365, and network configurations. Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support/help desk role.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft) preferred but not mandatory.
