Job summary

Ibex, on behalf of its global client, is hiring for a night shift role. The AM, Fund Management will support quarterly investor reporting and respond to ad hoc due diligence requests through accurate, timely, and detail-oriented execution.

This position focuses on data aggregation, high-volume data entry, and preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across fund-level outputs, with collaboration across Accounting, Finance, and Investments teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2-3+ years of finance experience (investment banking, private equity, real estate, or investment management preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort working with data.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support investor reporting by compiling, inputting, and formatting data from multiple internal sources.
• Perform high-volume manual data entry across fund reporting files and systems to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist with ad hoc investor requests by gathering data and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain fund-level and asset-level reporting schedules with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and Investments teams for data collection.
• Perform data validations and reconciliations to identify inconsistencies.
• Take ownership of building and maintaining centralized reporting databases, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and usability.
