Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliation across cash and positions in investment operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and perform reconciliation across fixed income and equity SMAs.
• Coordinate reconciliations between portfolio systems and custodian accounts.
• Collaborate with traders, PMs, custodians and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and report cash and position discrepancies to the trading desk.
• Identify and resolve trade lifecycle and corporate action discrepancies.
