Job summary

Active8 Wireless is seeking an Account Executive to manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, and to prepare bulk uploaders for large datasets during the night shift. You will ensure data integrity and support financial operations across the team.

The role requires mid-level bookkeeping experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail. Collaborative problem-solving and timely audits support are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bookkeeper/Accountant, mid-level role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with bulk data processing and large dataset management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process bulk uploaders for large amounts of data efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Provide support during audits and other financial assessments.
