SCTech Global is seeking a Drive Test (DT) Engineer to lead field data collection, RF measurements, and network optimization for nationwide 4G/5G deployments across Pakistan. You will work with TEMS, Nemo, R&S, and PHU tools to evaluate coverage and KPIs, reporting findings to optimization teams.
The role requires 1–3 years in telecom drive testing, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel nationwide. Immediate joining preferred; salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Eng or related field.
- 1–3 years of telecom drive testing and RF optimization experience.
- Proficiency with TEMS, Nemo, R&S and PHU tools.
- Knowledge of LTE/4G and 5G NR networks.
- Understanding of network KPIs and troubleshooting workflows.
Responsabilités
- Conduct indoor and outdoor drive tests to assess coverage and performance.
- Collect RF measurements (RSRP/RSRQ/SINR) and analyze KPIs.
- Prepare drive test reports and share findings with RF optimization teams.
- Coordinate with field teams and RNO engineers to resolve issues.
- Maintain field logs and equipment calibration records.
