As an RF Engineer – Customer Complaint supporting ZTE Pakistan on a permanent professional basis in Quetta, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of subscriber trouble ticket investigation, drive test execution, antenna optimization, and performance reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer complaint tickets related to poor coverage, call drops, low data throughput, and handover failures, planning and executing drive tests and walk tests utilizing advanced RF scanner and UE measurement tools, investigating root causes of RF anomalies, interference, and pilot pollution, implementing targeted parameter changes, tilt adjustments, and azimuth corrections, collaborating closely with customer care, optimization, and field maintenance teams, and interacting directly with human resources managers like Muhammad Zahid Malik. Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve subscriber-reported radio frequency (RF) complaints regarding coverage gaps, call drops, and slow data speeds.

Required Qualifications & Skills
