As an RF Drive Testing Coordinator & Post-Processing Analyst supporting global telecom projects in Lahore via aircod.com, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of field drive-test schedules, RF optimization analytics, and L3 log diagnostic reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating daily drive-test schedules, site locations, check-ins, and field deployments, configuring and troubleshooting TEMS, XCAL, NEMO, and PCTEL equipment, and setting up carrier/band/PCI locking to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You will develop and validate drive-test scripts including FTP/HTTP, POLQA, and band-locking scenarios, manage field testers, and process and analyze drive-test logs using Actix Analyzer, TEMS Discovery, and XCAP. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of Actix Analyzer, TEMS Discovery, XCAP, and Genex Probe/Assistant.
• Solid understanding of RRC/NAS signaling, forced handovers, cell/band locking, and advanced RF troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace tools for technical reporting and dashboard creation.
