• As an RF Drive Testing Coordinator & Post-Processing Analyst at AirCod, your core responsibilities encompass end-to-end drive-test management, L3 log analysis, and performance reporting.


• You will coordinate daily drive-test schedules, site locations, check-ins, and field deployments while guiding field testers to ensure adherence to rigorous testing methodologies.


• Your technical duties include configuring and troubleshooting test equipment such as TEMS Investigation, XCAL, NEMO Outdoor, and PCTEL scanners, alongside band/PCI locking and script creation.


• Using industry-standard post-processing tools like Actix Analyzer, TEMS Discovery, XCAP, and Genex Probe, you will process large log files and perform Layer 3 signaling analysis.


• You will conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, and Throughput issues across 3G, LTE, and 5G networks, examining key metrics like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, and BLER.


• Partnering with international clients, you will prepare client-ready PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, performance trackers, and comprehensive technical reports.


• Ensuring seamless communication across cross-functional engineering groups and maintaining strict compliance with project maintenance windows forms a cornerstone of your daily routine.

Key Responsibilities
