AirCod in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an experienced RF Drive Testing Coordinator & Post-Processing Analyst to join our telecom engineering team.

This full-time role combines drive-test coordination, RF troubleshooting, L3 log analysis, and technical reporting for international projects.

You will lead field deployments, manage schedules, and ensure testing protocols across markets, with 3+ years of RF drive testing experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
3+ years of professional experience in RF drive testing, field coordination, technical troubleshooting, and post-processing.
Hands-on experience operating TEMS Investigation, XCAL, NEMO Outdoor, PCTEL Scanners, and MapInfo.
Strong knowledge of Actix Analyzer, TEMS Discovery, XCAP, and Genex Probe/Assistant.
Deep understanding of RF signaling protocols, handovers, and RF troubleshooting methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace for reporting and data visualization.
Willingness to work flexible or rotating night shifts for international clients and on-site Lahore work authorization.

End-to-end drive-test management, L3 log analysis, and performance reporting.
Coordinate daily drive-test schedules, site locations, check-ins, and field deployments.
Configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot drive-test tools (TEMS, XCAL, NEMO, PCTEL).
Perform carrier, band, and PCI locking and resolve RF issues in the field.
Develop and validate drive-test scripts for FTP/HTTP data transfers and VOIP QoS scenarios.
Process drive-test logs with Actix Analyzer, TEMS Discovery, XCAP, and Genex Probe.
