Job summary

ZTE Pakistan in Quetta, Pakistan seeks an RF Engineer – Customer Complaint on a permanent full-time basis. You will own subscriber complaint investigations, conduct drive tests, optimize coverage, and tune RF parameters to improve network quality.

This role requires hands-on RF engineering experience and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of RF optimization and customer experience improvement, with expertise in GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G NR, drive test tools,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related technical discipline.
3–5 years of RF optimization and customer complaint handling experience.
Strong knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G NR and RF propagation principles.
Experience with drive test post-processing tools and RF measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve subscriber RF complaints related to coverage gaps, drops, and data speeds.
Plan and execute drive tests and walk tests using RF measurement tools.
Analyze OTA metrics (RSRP/RSRQ/SINR/CQI, handovers) to identify root causes.
Design RF optimization solutions including antenna tilt, azimuth, and power tuning.
Collaborate with care, optimization, and field teams to close tickets within SLA.
