Job summary

Anywhere Talent in Karachi is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance across multiple locations. You will coordinate maintenance requests, work with vendors and internal teams, and track repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in facilities, maintenance, or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and track maintenance and repair requests.
• Coordinate service calls with technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, scheduling, and service needs.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, warranties, and maintenance documentation.
• Assist with vendor quotes, billing, and onboarding.
• Prepare basic reports and track maintenance activities and expenses.
• Help monitor permits, inspections, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Escalate urgent maintenance and facility issues when necessary.
