Job summary

Translation Empire seeks a capable Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee upkeep, safety, and operations of the building. You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable facilities performance.

The role requires strong mechanical and HVAC knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to plan maintenance strategies while meeting schedules and cost targets. Office-based at Sector F Dha 1 Rwp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in facilities management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or a similar role.
• Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and other building systems, including electrical and structural components.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide and motivate a team.
• Effective communication to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify issues.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Support maintenance and installation work, including hands-on tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, supplies, and inventory.
• Ensure proper security measures and coordinate with security vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance orders.
• Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Collaborate on budgeting for facilities needs.
