Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Karachi, Pakistan.

You will support the Lead Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and safety standards of the facility, with focus on HVAC, electrical systems, and MEP maintenance. The role requires a technical background in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering, with 4+ years of facilities experience and proven CMMS, vendor coordination, and reporting skills to ensure reliable, compliant service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years in facilities management with HVAC and MEP experience.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility activities ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform daily walk-throughs to identify faults or maintenance needs.
• Manage hard and soft services including cleaning and catering.
• Supervise maintenance for HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, MEP.
• Coordinate with vendors and create/monitor work orders in CMMS.
• Prepare vendor evaluations and cost comparisons.
