Job summary

Daraz is seeking a Seller Acquisition Manager — North to lead on-ground seller identification, engagement, and onboarding across Punjab, with a primary focus on Lahore and nearby hubs. The role is business development at heart, building a scalable seller base by market presence and relationship building.

You will manage a field team, visit wholesale markets, and translate market insights into acquisition plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams for seller success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA a plus but not required.
• 3+ years in business development, field sales, or seller acquisition.
• Experience leading a field team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard sellers across Punjab with focus on Lahore.
• Lead a field team of associates to source and grow SKUs across categories.
• Analyze category GMV data to identify white-space opportunities and plan field actions.
• Coordinate with category management, operations, and seller success teams.
