Responsibilities

• Interface with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers to build strong professional relationships.

• Conduct technical assessments and deliver customized architectural lighting solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Lead internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely engagement across all pre-sales touchpoints.
• Maintain market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term client relationships.

Salary: PKR 150,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers to build strong professional relationships.
• Revenue Growth & Lead Conversion: Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, converting opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Technical Needs Assessment & Proposals: Conduct technical assessments and deliver customized architectural lighting solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
• Quotations & Estimates: Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Provide leadership and direction to the internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Project Pipeline Management: Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely engagement across all pre-sales touchpoints.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Site Visits & Brand Representation: Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long term client relationships.

Relevant Experience & Skills:

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with AutoCAD, DIALux, or Relux will be considered a plus
