Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers to build strong professional relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, converting opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
• Conduct technical assessments and deliver customized architectural lighting solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Provide leadership and direction to internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely engagement across all pre-sales touchpoints.
• Maintain an understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers to build strong professional relationships.

Relevant Experience & Skills:

Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment

• Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with AutoCAD, DIALux, or Relux will be considered a plus
