Job summary

HRSI, on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical client based in Lahore, seeks a Manager Human Resource to lead HR across policy implementation, rewards, compensation & benefits and employee engagement on-site at Gulberg IV.

The role requires independent HR leadership, strong business partnership with sales leadership, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while driving workforce planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Independent HR Leadership: Manage HR functions independently with accountability for both strategy and execution.
• Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing guidance on workforce and people-related matters.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, execute, and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with business objectives.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage end-to-end rewards, compensation, and benefits programs tailored to meet the needs of a large sales team.
• Employee Engagement: Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee motivation, retention, and performance across multiple geographies.
• Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and organizational HR standards.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Candidates with proven experience in independently managing HR functions are highly desirable for this role.
