Job summary

PTCL is seeking a seasoned professional to drive commercial operations and customer engagement within its data center space. You will coordinate with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to ensure governance and timely, compliant deployments.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional leadership and strategic decision-making, with a hybrid work model and values-based culture at PTCL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• CDCP, CDCS, ATD or relevant certifications.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in data center operations, telecom/IT infrastructure, and customer-facing operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial operations, customer engagement, and strategic transformations in the data center space.
• Work directly with enterprise customers and key internal stakeholders.
• Gain high-level exposure to cross-functional leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Single Point of Contact for Commercial Operations: manage end-to-end lifecycle of colocation requests with governance and SLAs.
• Coordinate between Sales/KAM, Data Center Operations, Product Management, Finance and Regional teams to standardize deployment workflows.
• Drive customer-facing coordination for queries, site access, and enterprise visits while maintaining high satisfaction.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Single Point of Contact for Commercial Operations: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of colocation customer requests—including new hosting, expansions, power augmentations, and decommissioning—ensuring 100% adherence to governance frameworks and SLAs.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central interface between Sales/KAM, Data Center Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Regional teams to eliminate unstructured communication and enforce standardized deployment workflows.
• Customer Engagement & Experience Management: Drive professional customer-facing coordination for queries, planned activities, site access, and high-level enterprise visits (CIOs/CTOs) while maintaining high customer satisfaction and preventing communication escalations.
• Capacity & Allocation Management: Oversee commercial visibility for rack, POD-,and site-level capacity and power utilization ), ensuring accurate tracking, monthly reconciliation, and optimal commercial allocation.
• Commercial Inventory Control: Maintain a accurate, centralized record of critical data center infrastructure components (PDUs, PDPMs, UPS modules, cabling) and enforce approval processes to ensure seamless, delay-free deployments.
• Demand Forecasting & Capacity Planning: Align data center space and power availability with Sales pipelines and 2-year Product forecasts to identify capacity gaps, optimize revenue, and support expansion planning.
